BUILDERS TAKING BUYERS FOR A RIDE IN THE CAR PARK !

.In spite of government diktats and court orders, builders are blatantly charging heftty amounts for car parking ! This actually is double charging – ref ‘Times of India’ report on 12 Nov 2012. In spite of charging super built up rates which already includes the car park common area, charging seperately is double charging !

Thsi percolates from amounts ranging from 30-40 lakhs in South Bombay to 5 lakhs in suburbs ! So the owners are compelled to high light their car parks as USP during resale ! Thus increasing real estate prices !
